Do you offer same-day delivery within Calgary?
Yes, we provide local same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM within the Calgary city limits. A flat rate applies, and age verification is required upon arrival.
What is your return policy on e-liquids and cigars?
Due to health and safety regulations, e-liquids, open pods, and cigars are final sale. However, if you receive a defective hardware device, you may return it within 30 days with the original packaging and receipt.
How do you verify the age of customers?
In compliance with provincial laws, all customers must be 18 years of age or older. We use a secure age verification system at checkout and require a valid government-issued photo ID for all deliveries and in-store pickups.
Are your cigars stored in a temperature-controlled environment?
Absolutely. All our premium cigars are kept in a professional-grade walk-in humidor maintained at 70% humidity and 70 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Interac e-Transfer for online orders, and debit or cash for in-store purchases.
Do you ship products outside of Alberta?
Yes, we ship across Canada via Canada Post. Please note that we cannot ship tobacco or nicotine products to provinces where local legislation prohibits online sales of these items.
